Tamed by K.A. Robinson Blog Tour Stop and Giveaway!
I hope you like your rockers a whole lot dirty, because with Adam, that’s what you’ll get.
I hoped that Adam would be different, that he wouldn’t be a mistake. Our relationship was supposed to be about sex and nothing more.
Fun, easy, simple—that was what we wanted.
But things are never simple, not for me.
Adam changed me. He made me the person I am today. I hate who I am and what I’ve become. I’m not proud of the things I’ve done.
I thought my greatest mistake would be falling in love with him.
I was wrong.
My greatest mistake is much, much worse.
I’ve lost control.
I have a secret I can’t hide.
It’s going to destroy everything.
My name is Amber, and this is my story.
I cannot explain how much I love K.A.’s books! She’s one of my go-to authors and this book was another fantastic addition to the collection!
I loved this story because you get to see Amber’s POV during the crucial points during the rest of the series and got to see what made her come off as the “whore” and care-free girl in the books. Surprisingly, it wasn’t what I thought it would be or really more like who it would be the cause behind her crude and careless behavior. Her attitude ends up being a massive cover for how she really feels. I like Amber’s character because she’s real, she doesn’t play around and she doesn’t sugarcoat things.
While getting to know Amber’s story, you get to FINALLY see glimpses into Adam’s life and see who he is as a person to create the person he is as well. However, I REALLY want to see a book from his POV because who on Earth doesn’t?!? Lol. Seriously though, his is a story that needs to be told from past forward, like Amber’s.
This story is more than just two promiscuous people hooking up and possibly falling in love. There are broken heart protection strategies in place and taken to a whole new level while masked by promiscuity and verbal falsehoods that create a fantastic story!
small town in West Virginia with her husband and toddler son. She is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of The Torn Series, The Ties Series, Breaking
